Líha (German Liha ) is a district of the municipality Suchodol in the Czech Republic . It is located six kilometers northeast of the city center of Příbram and belongs to the Okres Příbram .

geography

Líha is located in the Dobříšská pahorkatina ( Dobrian hill country ). The village lies on a hill above the basin of the Suchodolský brook. To the south-east is the Příbram airfield. To the north rises the Katov (487 m nm), in the east the Velký Chlum (481 m nm), southeast the Drásovský Chlum (490 m nm), in the south the Staré Hory (541 m nm), south-west the Na Vartě (572 m nm) and the Strážný (559 m nm) and in the north-west of Kosovec (505 m nm). A cul-de-sac leads to Líha .

Neighboring towns are Pičín , Buková u Příbramě and Vršek in the north, U Kostinků, Kamenný Dvůr, Vackov, Holšiny and Kotenčice in the northeast, Suchodol in the east, Višňová , Skalka and Cihelna in the southeast, Dubenec and Bytíz in the south, Občov and Budskýchov in the south-west , Skorotín, Drátovna, Valcha and Trhové Dušníky in the west and Žírovy and Hluboš in the northwest.

history

The first written mention of Líha was in 1336. The village was laid out as a Rundling . In the 16th century, the Bechinie von Lazan lords acquired Líha together with the Pičín manor . On October 16, 1612, Wenceslaus the Elder's widow sold J. Bechinie von Lazan, Judith Bechinie von Předenice, the festivals and the village Trhové Dušníky with the villages Občov , Líha and Lhota Německá for 27,000 Meißnische shock to Ulrich Bechinie von Lazan and his wife Anna Kokořovcová von Kokořov. After Ulrich Bechinie's death, his widow Anna sold the property to the Prague citizen Johann Werdemann in 1623. He sold the Trhové Dušníky estate two years later to Countess Katharina von Sulz, née Lobkowicz . From their daughter in 1644 Vladislav Chlumčanský from Přestavlk bought the place. Until 1714 the village belonged to the Podbrder district, after which it became part of the Berauner district . From the Chlumčanský Wenceslas de Bossi acquired the Trhové Dušníky rule in 1734 and sold it to the town of Příbram in 1741 .

In 1846 Liha or Lyha consisted of 16 houses with 117 inhabitants, including three Jewish families. The village was parish after Pitschin . Until the middle of the 19th century, Liha remained subject to the royal silver mining town of Přibram as part of the Příbram villages.

After the abolition of patrimonial formed LihA / Liha 1850 a district of the municipality Občov in the judicial district Příbram. From 1868 the village belonged to the Příbram district . In the 1870s the village became part of the newly formed Suchodol municipality . Since then the village has been called Liha . At the beginning of the 20th century, Liha formed its own community. In 1920 the place name was changed to Líha . In 1960 it was incorporated into Suchodol. In 1991 Líha had 68 inhabitants; at the 2001 census, 84 people lived in the 27 houses. Líha today consists of 28 addresses. Because of its remote location, Líha only grew in the course of time and has retained its original townscape as a round to the present day.
