The place of residence is in Western Pomerania , about 80 kilometers northeast of Stettin , in a forest area between the villages of Rymań (Roman) in the south and Drozdowo (Drosedow) in the north. history
Waldhof was created around 1860 as a forest workers' settlement on the Drosedow estate . At the same time, the more north lying Vorwerk Holzkathen was given up.
Until 1945 Waldhof formed a residential area of the community Drosedow and belonged with this to the district Kolberg-Körlin of the province of Pomerania .
After the Second World War , Waldhof, like all of Western Pomerania, came to Poland. It received the Polish place name Lędowa .
