Płonino

Płonino (German Karlshagen ) is a residential area in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship in Poland . It is located in the area of ​​the Gmina Rymań (rural community Roman) and belongs with this to the powiat Kołobrzeski (Kolberg district) .

The place of residence is in Western Pomerania , about 85 kilometers northeast of Stettin and about 25 kilometers south of Kołobrzeg (Kolberg) .

Karlshagen was laid out at the beginning of the 19th century as a preliminary work for the Reselkow manor about 1 kilometer north of Reselkow. When the manor was divided up by the owner at the time in 1896, Karlshagen also bought 119 hectares of land. Karlshagen was then run as a rural estate. The last owner of Karlshagen before 1945 was a Theodor Ziemer . In 1864 there were 11 residents in Karlshagen, 5 in 1885 and 23 in 1905.

Until 1945 Karlshagen formed a place to live in the community of Reselkow and belonged with this to the district of Kolberg-Körlin in the Prussian province of Pomerania .

After the Second World War , Karlshagen, like all of Western Pomerania, came to Poland. The population was driven out . The place was given the Polish place name Płonino .

Płonino is now part of the Rzesznikowo Schulzenamt in Gmina Rymań . In 2013, 14 residents were counted.
