The 2004/05 season was the ninth regular season of the Ligue Nord-Américaine de Hockey (until 2003 Ligue de hockey semi-professionnelle de Québec; until 2004 Ligue de hockey senior majeur du Québec). The ten teams were supposed to play 60 games each in the regular season , but the schedule had to be changed due to the early, financially-related departure of the Fjord du Saguenay . The team with the highest points in the regular season were Radio X de Québec , who also won the Coupe Futura for the first time in the play-offs . Before the season, the league changed its name due to the increasing professionalism in Ligue Nord-Américaine de Hockey.
