The Promutuel de Rivière-du-Loup ( English Riviere-du-Loup Promutuel ) were a Canadian ice hockey team from Rivière-du-Loup , Québec . The team played in the Québec Semi-Pro Hockey League from 2001 to 2004 .

history

The team was founded in 2001 as a franchise of the Québec Semi-Pro Hockey League . In this she finished her first two seasons as sixth in the Ouest division. In the following playoffs, however, the team failed in the first round. The 2003/04 season ended the Promutuel in fifth place in the Est division and reached the second round of the playoffs for the Coupe Futura .

Following the 2003/04 season, the franchise was dissolved due to financial problems.
