The Gladiateurs de ville des Laurentides ( English Saint-Lin / Laurentides Gladiators ) were a Canadian ice hockey team from Saint-Lin-Laurentides , Québec . The team played in the 1996/97 season in the Québec Semi-Pro Hockey League .
history
The team was founded in 1996 as a franchise of the Québec Semi-Pro Hockey League , which was held for the first time . In their only season, the Gladiateurs finished with a clearly negative record of eleven wins in 35 games and achieved 26 points. The Coupe Futura , the champion of the LNAH, they could never win. Following the 1996/97 season, the franchise was relocated to Sainte-Thérèse and was henceforth active in the league under the name Chiefs de Sainte-Thérèse .
