The 94 de Waterloo ( English Waterloo 94 ) were a Canadian ice hockey team from Waterloo , Québec . The team played in the 1996/97 season in the Québec Semi-Pro Hockey League .

history

94 de Waterloo was founded in 1996 as a franchise of the Québec Semi-Pro Hockey League . In this you were one of the 13 founding members. In their only season, the 1996/97 season, the team finished second in the Central Division. With 16 wins and 34 points in 36 games, the team had a negative balance. The franchise was then relocated to Granby , Québec , where it replaced the Canadian professional junior team of Prédateurs de Granby from the QMJHL under the name Blitz de Granby after their relocation. From 2002 to 2004 the team also played under the name Prédateurs de Granby in the QSPHL.
