history

The franchise of the Quebec Aces of the Quebec Semi-Pro Hockey League was sold in 2003 and changed its name to Radio X de Québec. The league changed its name to Ligue Nord-Américaine de Hockey for the 2004/05 season due to the increasing professionalism of its participants. This season the team won the Coupe Futura for the first and only time . Radio X won a total of 41 of their 60 games. In the following seasons, however, the team could not continue this success.

Before the 2008/09 season, the franchise was relocated to Pont-Rouge , where it then took part in the league's game operations for two years under the name Lois Jeans de Pont-Rouge .
