The Jets de Louiseville ( English Louiseville Jets ) were a Canadian ice hockey team from Louiseville , Québec . The team played in the 1996/97 season in the Québec Semi-Pro Hockey League .

history

The team was founded in 1996 as a franchise of the Québec Semi-Pro Hockey League. In this you were one of 13 founding members. In their only active season, the 1996/97 season, the Jets finished fifth and thus last place in the Ouest division, which meant they missed the playoffs for the Coupe Futura . With only eleven wins and 28 defeats in 39 games, the Louisville team had a clearly negative record. In the summer of 1997 the franchise was dissolved.
