The Summum Chiefs de Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu ( English Saint-Jean Chiefs ) were a Canadian ice hockey team from Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu , Québec . The team played in the Ligue Nord-Américaine de Hockey from 2005 to 2008 .

history

The franchise of the Laval Chiefs of the Ligue Nord-Americaine de Hockey was sold to the company Genex Communications in 2005 and before it a year later to Summum in-Laval Chiefs renamed Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu was resettled. The greatest success of the team in their three-year existence was winning the Coupe Futura in the play-offs of the 2006/07 season, after they had already occupied first place after the regular season this season. Following the 2007/08 season, the team was relocated to Saguenay , where it takes part in the LNAH game operations under the name Marquis de Jonquière .
