The Chacals de la Rive-Sud ( English Rive-Sud Jackals ) were a Canadian ice hockey team from Rive-Sud , Québec . The team played in the Québec Semi-Pro Hockey League from 1996 to 1998 .

history

The team was founded in 1996 as a franchise of the Québec Semi-Pro Hockey League , which was held for the first time . In this she completed the only two seasons of her existence from the division Est as third. In the subsequent playoffs for the Coupe Futura , the team could not prevail.

Following the 1997/98 season, the franchise was relocated to Saint-Georges-de-Beauce , where it took part in the league's game operations in the following years under the name Garaga de Saint-Georges .
