The state command of Saxony-Anhalt ( LKdo ST ) in Magdeburg has been the highest territorial command authority of the Bundeswehr in Saxony-Anhalt since 2007 . It is subordinate to the Territorial Tasks Command (Berlin) and the primary contact for the state government of Saxony-Anhalt in the context of civil-military cooperation . Until 2013 it was subordinate to the Military District Command III . The technical training of the personnel is largely carried out by the Multinational Civil-Military Cooperation Command (MN CIMIC Cmd), which also assigns personnel.
