The Baden-Württemberg State Command ( LKdo BW ) in Stuttgart has been the highest territorial command authority of the Bundeswehr in this state since 2007 . The state command is subordinate to the Territorial Tasks Command of the Bundeswehr in Berlin and is the first point of contact for the state government of Baden-Württemberg in the context of civil-military cooperation . Until 2013 it was subordinate to the Military District Command IV . The technical training of the personnel is largely carried out by the Multinational Civil-Military Cooperation Command (MN CIMIC Cmd), which also assigns personnel.
