The Landesliga Nordbaden 1947/48 was the third season of the top amateur football class in North Baden after the Second World War . It was located one level below the Oberliga Süd and was held in two seasons. The two season winners determined the North Baden champions in the two legs. Here TSV Amicitia Viernheim prevailed 1-0 and 0-0 against 1. FC Pforzheim . In the subsequent round of promotion to the Oberliga Süd, Viernheim only finished fourth, which was not enough for promotion.
Since the following season of the Landesliga Nordbaden was played on a single track, a total of 14 clubs were relegated.

Due to the equality of points, TSG Rohrbach and Amicitia Viernheim had to determine the season winner in a play-off, which Viernheim won 2-1.
