District Court Neustadt an der Waldnaab
The district court Neustadt an der Waldnaab was a Bavarian district court of the older order that existed from 1810 to 1879 and was based in Neustadt an der Waldnaab in today 's district of the same name . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

In 1810, the Neustadt an der Waldnaab district court was established in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria . This was added to the Mainkreis , whose capital was Bamberg .
On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, the Neustadt an der Waldnaab District Court was established, the district of which consisted of the previous district of Neustadt an der Waldnaab and thus the municipalities of Altenparkstein , Altenstadt an der Waldnaab , Bergnetsreuth , Diepoltsreuth , Dietersdorf , Eppenreuth , flowed , Flossenbiirg , Gailertsreuth , Gösen , Grafenreuth , Ilsenbach , Kirchendemenreuth , Klobenreuth , Lanz , Meerbodenreuth , Neuhaus , Neustadt Waldnaab, Oed , Park stone , Püchersreuth , Roschau , Schlattein , Schonbrunn , Schwandstrasse , Schwarzenbach , Störnstein , Wender Reuth , Windischeschenbach and root included.
