Naila District Court

The Naila Regional Court was an older Bavarian regional court that existed from 1812 to 1879 and was based in Naila in what is now the Hof district . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

In 1812, the Naila district court was established in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria . This was added to the Mainkreis , whose capital was Bamberg .

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, the Naila District Court was established , the district of which was identical to the previous District Court district of Naila and therefore the municipalities of Baiergrün , Bernstein am Wald , Bobengrün , Carlsgrün , Culmitz , Döbra , Dörnthal , Froschgrün , Geroldsgrün , Haidengrün , Issigau , Kemlas , Lichtenberg , Lippertsgrün , Löhmar , Marlesreuth , Marxgrün , Meierhof , Naila, Neudorf , Neuhaus , Obersteben , Räumlas , Reitzenstein , Rodesgrün , Schauenstein , Schwarzenbach am Wald , Schwarzenstein , Selbitz , Straßdorf , Thierbach , Untersteben , Volkmannsgrün , Willow green and Windischengrün included.
