Drobysheve

Drobyschewe (Ukrainian Дробишеве ; Russian Дробышево / Drobyschewo ) is an urban-type settlement in eastern Ukraine in Donetsk Oblast with about 3,000 inhabitants.

The settlement is located in the southwest of Lyman Rajons, about 7 kilometers northwest of the Lyman district center and 117 kilometers north of the Donetsk Oblast center on the Sucha Plotwa river (Суха Плотва). The village of Derylowe (Дерилове) also belongs to the settlement council of the same name , the Kharkiv – Horlivka railway with the Forpostna station runs southwest of the place .

The place was founded as Sloboda in 1687 and received urban-type settlement status in 1938.
