Petrivka (Ukrainian Петрівка ; Russian Петровка / Petrowka ) is an urban-type settlement in Donetsk Oblast in eastern Ukraine with about 1,100 inhabitants.

The place belongs to the settlement council of Shcherbynivka (2 kilometers to the north), which in turn is part of the municipality of Torezk . It is located in the western Donets Basin about 5 kilometers southwest of the city center of Torezk and 47 kilometers north of the Donetsk Oblast Center. The Krywyj Torez flows through the village .

The place existed before the First World War . In 1964 it was granted urban-type settlement status.
