District court Neustadt an der Waldnaab

The Neustadt an der Waldnaab District Court was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1973 and was based in the city of Neustadt an der Waldnaab .

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court was established in Neustadt an der Waldnaab, the district of which consisted of the previous district court district Neustadt an der Waldnaab and thus the former municipalities of Altenparkstein , Altenstadt an der Waldnaab , Bergnetsreuth , Diepoltsreuth , Dietersdorf , Eppenreuth , raft , Flossenbiirg , Gailertsreuth , Gösen , Grafenreuth , Ilsenbach , Kirchendemenreuth , Klobenreuth , Lanz , Meerbodenreuth , Neuhaus , Neustadt Waldnaab, Oed , Park stone , Püchersreuth , Roschau , Schlattein , Schonbrunn , Schwandstrasse , Schwarzenbach , Störnstein , Wender Reuth , Windischeschenbach and Contained root . The higher-level courts in the instance were the Weiden Regional Court and the Nuremberg Higher Regional Court .

With the abolition of the Erbendorf District Court on October 1, 1929, the Neustadt an der Waldnaab District Court district expanded to include Altenstadt , Bernstein , Burggrub , Erbendorf , Grötschenreuth , Hauxdorf , Krummennaab , Naabdemenreuth , Neuenreuth , Pfaben , Reuth bei Erbendorf , Röthenbach am Steinwald , Siegritz , Thumsenreuth , Trautenberg , Wetzldorf and Wildenreuth .

With effect from October 1, 1938, the community of Schwarzenbach was added to the Weiden District Court .

When the law on the organization of ordinary courts in the Free State of Bavaria (GerOrgG) came into force on July 1, 1973, the Neustadt an der Waldnaab district court was repealed and the towns of Erbendorf, Grötschenreuth, Hauxdorf, Krummennaab, Reuth, which belong to the current Tirschenreuth district , were added Erbendorf, Röthenbach am Steinwald, Thumsenreuth, Wetzldorf and Wildenreuth were assigned to the district court of Tirschenreuth and the other localities that still belong to the district of Neustadt an der Waldnaab were assigned to the district court of Weiden.
