The district court Stadtamhof was a Bavarian "district court of the older order" with seat in today's Regensburg district Stadtamhof , which existed from 1803 to 1879.

history

Around 1250 Stadtamhof came under the suzerainty of the Wittelsbach family . While Regensburg became a Free Imperial City , Stat am Hoff remained in the Duchy or Electorate of Bavaria without interruption and was always the seat of a nursing court during this time . As a lower administrative and judicial authority, the "Regional Court of the Elderly Order" was formed in 1803 in the course of secularization in Bavaria from the offices of Stadtamhof, Pfatter with Haidau, the nursing offices of Sallern and Zeitlarn as well as the monastery authorityChecking. The Stadtamhof district court belonged to the Regenkreis , which was renamed the Oberpfalz and Regensburg district in 1837 , and was the nucleus for the Stadtamhof district office in 1862 .

The district of the District Court Stadtamhof was formed from the communities Burgweinting , Dechbetten , Donaustauf , Eilsbrunn , Grass , Graßlfing , Grossberg , Grosspruefening , Harting , Hohengebraching , Kareth , Karthaus-Prüll , Kleinprüfening , Kneiting , Matting , Neudorf , Oberhinkofen , Oberisling , Obertraubling , Oppersdorf , Pentling , Poign , Reinhausen , Sallern , Schwabelweis , Sinzing , Tegernheim , Weichs , Winzer and Ziegetsdorf , On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, the Stadtamhof district court was dissolved. A district court was set up in Stadtamhof.
