Le Louroux-Béconnais is a town and commune Déléguée in the western French commune Val d'Erdre Auxence with 3,217 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Maine-et-Loire in the region of Pays de la Loire . The inhabitants are called Lorétain (es) .
The municipality of Le Louroux-Béconnais merged with La Cornuaille and Villemoisan on December 15, 2016 to form the new municipality of Val d'Erdre-Auxence. It belonged to the Angers and the canton of Chalonnes-sur-Loire (until 2015: canton Le Louroux-Béconnais ).

Le Louroux-Béconnais is located about 25 kilometers northwest of Angers near the source of the Erdre . The Vernou flows through the area of the former municipality . The municipality of Le Louroux-Béconnais was surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Erdre-en-Anjou in the north and northeast, Bécon-les-Granits in the east and southeast, Villemoisan in the south, Saint-Sigismond in the south and southeast, Belligné in the southwest, La Cornuaille in the West and Angrie in the northwest.
The former Route nationale 163 (today's D963) runs through the Commune déléguée .
