Conversions and wing constructions were made around 1850 according to plans by Friedrich Wilhelm Buttel in Tudor style. From 1952 to 1990 it was a vocational school and boarding school, today (2015) an office and residential building. The church dates from around 1300 and was renovated after the great fire in the village in 1775. The tower was built in 1843 according to plans by Friedrich Wilhelm Buttel.
