action

Five-year-old Danny is there when Anna Swan is born. He spontaneously decides that he will marry her in the future.

25 years later, Danny meets Anna, who is now engaged to Eric. He fights for her, unsuccessfully at first. Anna's blind sister, Nina, meets the Latino Jesus, whom she later marries.

Danny's colleagues advise him to let fate decide what women should particularly like. You give him a coin that has a head on either side. Danny doesn't want the coin at first, then he takes it. He tells Anna he would never bother her again if the number fell - when she was with him, if it were the head. Anna agrees, but lies that it is the number.

After Anna sees her sister happy with Jesus, she goes to Danny and spends a passionate night with him. That same night Anna's mother dies and Anna feels guilty.

Danny gives up, he wants to leave town. Nina tells Anna how much Danny loves Anna and would also change what everyone but Anna would have noticed. Anna rushes to the train station, where she can reach Danny in time. She suggests a bet similar to the one he once did. Danny doesn't look at the fallen coin, he thinks about it for a moment and says it's the head. Anna and Danny kiss each other.
