Lieven L. Litaer (born March 29, 1980 in Mol ) is an architect . In the German-speaking world, he is known for his lectures and translations on the Klingon language developed for Star Trek . Lieven Litaer lives in Dudweiler .

Lectures

Lieven Litaer founded a multi-day weekend language course in Germany called qepHom (German: small meeting ), which has been held annually since 2002 . He also gives lectures at various public events as well as at universities and museums.

Wikis

In 2006 Lieven Litaer outsourced the previously Klingon Wikipedia to its own wiki.

In 2014 , Lieven Litaer founded the Klingon Wiki, the largest reference work on the Klingon language.

Television appearances

Lieven Litaer appeared several times in television programs, for example in Sag die Truth , TV total and 5 gegen Jauch .

In 2018 he taught Bülent Ceylan and Henning Baum in Kaya Yanar's TV show Are you Guckst Du ?! Kaya's big movie show .
