The former community center in the southern part of the city. Quarry limestone building with a rectangular floor plan. Also known as "Roxy". With a flat north wing, built around 1935. One-storey plastered building with a length of around 50 meters and with a gable roof and dormers. It has an open corridor towards Welfenplatz. 1937-1939

Closed two-storey row house development, which was built around 1935. The ground floor was built as a solid construction, the upper floor as a half-timbered building with a gable roof.
