(map)
1901-1902 Typical plastered building with clinker brick structure, built for the manufacturer Max Brückner (Holzwarenfabrik Deutschneudorf), later part of the Lindner & Reymann furniture factory, building historical value and local significance.

Monument text:

Residential house in open development, built in 1901/02 for the owner of the wood goods factory in Deutschneudorf, Max Brückner, construction management and execution by Heinrich Schmerler, Deutschneudorf, later Oscar Lindner (wood goods factory Lindner & Reymann "Saxonia") became the owner of the building.
The two-storey house, fenced in on the street side, is a solid barley plastered building, elements such as ledges, strips and corner blocks are made of facing brickwork and structure the facades in a balanced way. The main facade facing the street shows six axes, the two middle ones protrude like a risalit and lead over to a dwelling in the attic. A moderately inclined gable roof with an overhang shows the influence of the contemporary Swiss style. The house entrance door in neo-renaissance forms and with wrought-iron grille is still original. Inside, the spatial structures from the time it was built have largely been preserved. Originally, the apartment entrance doors and a colored, ornamented tiled floor in the stairwell are also there. In addition to its general architectural relevance, the building documents the development of Deutschneudorf in the period around 1900. Due to the economic upswing, the appearance of the village changed and the traditional construction method - due to the change in economic forms - was replaced by an urban-influenced architecture, which also the need for representation of the building owner is made clear. (LfD / 2015).

Stately, two-storey solid building with red, elaborate brick structure, slightly protruding central projection with triangular gable, two-winged wrought iron gate.

Monument text:

Residential house, built in 1908 by Heinrich Schmerler for the manufacturer Max Brückner (Holzwarenfabrik Deutschneudorf), presumably as an employee residence, later part of the furniture factory Lindner & Reymann (wood goods factories "Saxonia"), building historical value and local significance.

The historicizing two-storey plastered building with influences from the contemporary Swiss style is elevated above a rectangular floor plan, with the central axes of the arched windows being drawn in for the installation of loggias (balconies). This resulted in two risalites, which end in slanted triangular gables in half-timbered construction and with roof overhangs. The windows are decorated with plastered semi-arches, and corner blocks are also present. (LfD / 2015).

Elevated two-storey solid building with an H-shaped floor plan, two corner gables facing the street, corner cuboid, gable slated, wide arched windows, two balconies with a beautiful balustrade, above an ornamental arch.
