The factory was planned in 1927 by the stocking manufacturer Otto Emmerlich, but the construction was never completed. In 1939 it was bought and used by the stocking manufacturer M. Richard Hofmann from Thalheim, who had emergency apartments built on the second and third floors in 1946.

1708 Small baroque hall church, of architectural and local significance.

Individual features of the entity: Church (with equipment), enclosure wall and some tombs (see also entity 09305271)

  • Church: Small baroque hall church from 1708, presumably reconstruction of a late Romanesque predecessor building. Interior renovation in 1829. Restorations 1958–63, 1965 (inside) and 1977 (outside). Plastered building with a straight east end, high hipped roof and tower-like roof turret with a baroque hood. In the south vestibule with patronage box, in the north sacristy. Flat-roofed hall, with a centralizing effect due to the arrangement of the galleries and the patronage box:
  • Two-storey galleries in the north and west with a strong valley profile and rural parapet painting, around 1731, the lower north gallery with depictions of the Little Prophets and the crucifixion with thieves and kneeling donor family, the upper gallery with the twelve apostles, the lower west gallery with psalm words on the law and the gospel ( Psalm 119 and 83) as well as the great prophet, the upper one with portraits of the Hormersdorfer pastor Timotheus Thiele and Luther, also Hieronymus, John the Baptist, the risen Christ with the globe and the evangelists.
  • Organ gallery in the east above the altar with depictions of Genesis. In the south patronage box with considerable stucco ceiling in rococo form, 1756, in one corner probably a coat of arms, two lions holding a sun wheel, above a crown, diagonally opposite monogram (FGB) as well as compasses and square measure.
  • Sacristy with groin vault (the ribs later trimmed) and piscina. Baroque retable from the middle of the 18th century was not part of the original furnishings and was placed in front of the organ gallery in the 1960s. In the predella the Last Supper painting, above it the crucifixion. The flat carving on the side depicts the Annunciation to Mary.

Inside:

  • Wooden pulpit with twisted pillars on the parapet, 2nd half of the 17th century,
  • Sandstone baptism, early 17th century, pewter bowl, inscribed "1732"
  • Voigt organ from 1977 in the Steinmüller prospectus from 1830,
  • On the outside of the vestibule two rococo grave monuments, last third of the 18th century (Dehio).

Three-storey, solid plastered building on a square floor plan with two tower-like four-storey corner projections and a mansard roof with slate roofing, a two-storey arbor above the entrance, rusticated ashlar on the basement and dividing elements such as window canopies and parapets, pilasters, cornices (some with tooth cut or consoles) and decorative friezes Wreaths in sandstone, existing windows (gallows windows) and double-leaf entrance doors, solid interior fittings preserved: groin vaults on the ground floor, three-bayed and supported by two columns in the former entrance hall, strikingly beautiful stucco ceilings on the upper floor, some of which are cheerfully playful with putti and flower arrangements by Arthur Faulhaber from Zwönitz painted, high two-story chimney with Meissen tiles in Renaissance forms, in the Gebhardt'sche collection building with over sixty specialist areas.

Solid ground floor, plastered quarry stone masonry, natural stone walls, both gable sides and back solid, upper floor slightly cantilevered on the courtyard side, half-timbered, clad, threshold and filler wood profiled and with ship throats, straight St. Andrew's crosses in the parapet fields, mortised wooden connections, saddle roof, historical window shutters (2000) and doors.

Tapering upwards, window sills as inclined and with green glazed sills laid-out areas, wooden windows with multiple parts, mostly renewed according to historical models.

Three-storey elongated building with ten by three axes with a central projectile, roof bay window and flat hipped roof, plastered building with structural elements (garments, cornices, corner blocks), in the two-axis central projecting round arched entrances, windows in the shape of round arches or basket arched doors, some with triangular gable-gabled entrance roofing and grooved skylights, windows probably based on the historical model renewed (GDR period), access via a granite staircase.
