    • The facades are designed with elongated arched windows and risalits .

  5. Two-storey solid plastered building (plastering renewed in the 1970s, with loss of structural details) on a square floor plan, porphyry tufa base, hipped roof and standing dormers, straight single-flight staircase (slate) in front of arched portal with deep sandstone walls, door from the period with a beam-shaped rooflight and large latticed glass field, on the south side winter garden and adjoining loggia with arched openings, on the first floor as an open veranda, on the west side a polygonal tower-like structure and extension with glazed veranda on the upper floor (wall surface decorated with wooden pilasters in front of it), small balcony on the SE side, On the ground floor the original grating of the stairwell windows, economical plaster cornices partially preserved, shutters, terrace facing the park, paved paths and stairs with brick cheeks, partially crowned with spheres and vases, natural stone-clad gate pillars with crowning lanterns.
  6. Monument text: Residential stable house, barn and three courtyard trees of a two-sided courtyard, including historical water supply (water trough in the hallway as well as in front of the house), the farmhouse is a very authentic representative of the so-called Central German residential stable house, which is divided into three parts of the floor plan (residential part, hall, economic - / stable part) as well as by its wooden construction (upper floor half-timbered, carpentry-like roof structure). The plastered ground floor shows door and window frames made of Hilbersdorfer porphyry tufa, house and stable doors also show the aforementioned three-way division from the outside. The construction of the double-bar, braced framework of the upper floor is intact (you can see from the rear, where there is a - also historical - extension), i. H. all openings are still in their original size. The steep gable roof covered with old German slate is still preserved as a cold roof and only opened by a few small standing dormers. Numerous original structural details of the house are still present, the first to be mentioned here is the water supply running through the house. The structure of the half-timbering as well as the wooden connections of the highly original roof structure suggest that the house was built in the 2nd half of the 18th century. The "1866" chiseled over the front door probably indicates the date of a change of ownership or construction work (e.g. addition of a Prussian Cap vault in the stable area).
The property's barn adjoining at right angles also has a wooden construction and is boarded up. Together with the stately house trees, the property still stands for the old - otherwise no longer recognizable - rural townscape of Gornsdorf. That already makes for a rarity value, which complements the importance in terms of building history and site development (LfD / 2015).
