  • Production building with adjoining residential building of a mill property, probably built after 1880 as a cardboard factory Wünsch, later a textile factory (inscription "Zwirnerei" and "Heinr.Wilh.Gutberlet" can still be seen), three-storey solid plastered building (ground floor quarry stone, brickwork above) with segmented arched windows and flat protruding Gable roof.
  • Extension for office or residential purposes in the same appearance, here the windows decoratively crowned with bricks, inside two floors with cast iron columns.
  • The turbines by Schindler (1909), which are still in operation, are a rarity, the 550-meter-long moat also belongs to the preserved technical system, influence of the contemporary so-called Swiss style, ennobling of industrial production with the formal language of classical architecture (columns with capitals).

In addition to its architectural, local and industrial historical significance, the plant as an industrial mill in the valley corresponds visually to the element of a typical Saxon cultural landscape. Moat 550 m long.
