The list of cultural monuments in Thiergarten includes the cultural monuments of the Plauen district of Thiergarten , which were recorded by the State Office for Monument Preservation of Saxony until October 2019 (excluding archaeological cultural monuments). The notes are to be observed.

This list is a subset of the list of cultural monuments in Plauen .

(map) 		After 1918 The war memorial for the fallen of the First World War consists of three roughly hewn natural stone blocks. In the middle there is a large block with the inscription “Our Loves” and a metal plate bearing the names of the fallen. To the left of the large block there is a smaller one with the inscription "1914", on the right one with the inscription "1918". (map) 		1902 The two-storey clinker brick building of the Thiergarten School is equipped with a side risalit . In this is the entrance to the house, above which a plaque with the inscription "Grundschule / Plauen-Thiergarten" was attached. Above it is a twin window with a pediment with volutes , a relief of two reading students and a leaf tendril. A clock is mounted in the gable triangle and on the roof of the risalit there is a turret with a square base and a pyramid helmet. The windows on the ground floor are designed as segmented arched windows with keystones, while the windows on the first floor have a horizontal roofing and profiled window walls. A plaster cornice runs all the way between the two floors. The roof was designed as a flat gable roof . As a typical late historical building with architectural and local historical significance, the building is a listed building. 09246979

  • This list is not suitable for deriving binding statements on the monument status of an object. As far as a legally binding determination of the listed property of an object is desired, the owner can apply to the responsible lower monument protection authority for a notice.

  • The monument quality of an object does not depend on its entry in this or the official list. Objects that are not listed can also be monuments.
  • Basically, the property of a monument extends to the substance and appearance as a whole, including the interior. Deviating applies if only parts are expressly protected (e.g. the facade).
