Transformer house (Parcel 190a)

1910 Singular shape, in the park, of significance in terms of technology history. Transformer and pump house, built in 1910 by master mason Ferdinand Kaiser and Karl Steudel on behalf of the manor owner Arthur Herfurth. A plastered brick building with a gable roof, harmoniously integrated into the surrounding park . The ocher-colored plaster with plaster pilaster strips , the lower extensions attached on both sides with towed roofs, one of which is an open arbor with wooden supports and wood veneer, the other solid with wood veneer of the eaves area as well as the wooden door and the iron hatch above create a harmonious appearance of this technical building. It is not a serial building. In addition to its testimony value as an early example of electrification in the country, this small structure should also be evidence of the influence of the Heimatschutz style . The pump in the building was still in operation in 2007. The monument value of the transformer and pump house results primarily from its architectural and regional historical value. 09247711

The upper floor is a regular half-timbered structure with struts and tenon wood connections that has meanwhile been boarded up. The gable is designed with two axes. In the hipped roof with slate cover three small are on the Hoftraufseite dormers with gable roofs introduced. The front door and the corridor windows have been preserved in the original, whereas the stable part has been changed.
