List of cultural assets in Langenthal
The list of cultural assets in Langenthal contains all objects in the municipality of Langenthal in the canton of Bern that are subject to the Hague Convention for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict , the Federal Act of June 20, 2014 on the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict and the Ordinance of 29 June 2014 October 2014 on the protection of cultural property in the event of armed conflict .
Objects in categories A and B are completely included in the list, objects in category C are currently missing (as of January 1, 2018). Among other monuments protected objects are found, the "worthy of protection" in the canton of Bern Bauinventar than are listed.

Mill built in 1759 with an extension from 1890, used as a design center and restaurant since the renovation in 1995. The mighty stucco building with siebenachsiger by a segmental arch - EASONS cased facade has exquisite and rich, gray broader structural elements of dressed stone , especially on the marked center line and on the portal falls.

Former department store built between 1790 and 1810, used as a parish hall from 1894 and as an art gallery since 1992. Representative plastered building with an octagonal floor plan under a slightly bent, close-fitting hip roof . Still late baroque in habit , already influenced by classicism in details and conception . The facades are hierarchically structured and designed according to their importance. The clock tower erected in 1854 rises from the roof.

1748-built building with various functions (originally customs and warehouse, later Amtshaus , Kantonalbank and library, now local museum). The plastered building under a bent, tightly hipped roof has a massive ground floor with arched openings, while the upper floors are designed as a banded framework . With a few exceptions, the dividing elements are made of wood, imitating stone.

The building was built as an inn in 1766 and expanded into a hotel in several stages . Originally two-storey, it was given its present appearance in 1896 as a four-storey historicizing palazzo ; In 1929 a hall was added. The core structure has high quality late Baroque sculpture works, facades and apparent gables are provided with bays , projections and Verdachungen structured agile. |
