List of cultural assets in Trachselwald

The list of cultural assets in Trachselwald contains all objects in the municipality of Trachselwald in the canton of Bern that are subject to the Hague Convention for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict , the Federal Act of June 20, 2014 on the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflicts and the Ordinance of June 29 October 2014 on the protection of cultural property in the event of armed conflict .

Objects in category A and B are fully included in the list, objects in category C are currently missing (as of January 1, 2018). Among other monuments protected objects are found, the "worthy of protection" in the canton of Bern Bauinventar than are listed.

Baroque style church building built by Abraham Dünz in 1685/86 , which has a major impact on the village. Sermon hall with a three-sided choir closure and large arched windows, the nave and the choir are combined under a Gerschild roof. The tower was added to the previous Romanesque building in 1464 , with an extension from 1786.

Castle dating back to the second half of the 12th century ; served as the bailiff's seat from 1408 to 1798. Imposing system in an elliptical, largely overbuilt ring wall , the eastern section of which is still free with the reconstructed battlement . Dominating the with are blocks of tufa disguised keep and the palace under mighty hipped roof . There are also tracts from the 16th, 17th and 20th centuries grouped around the inner courtyard.

The inn , rebuilt in 1903 and formally based on the predecessor building from 1757, is a mighty post-office building . The pub sign has been preserved in the original . The main front, painted with Heimatstil motifs, faces the Dorfgasse to the north, while the west facade has a wide balcony and a round corner . The former economic section is on the east side .
