The list of Limes forts in Croatia and Serbia includes all Roman military camp , the control and defense of the external border of the Roman provinces of Pannonia ( Pannonia ) in the area of today's Croatia and Serbia were ( Limes Pannonicus ) .

The order, route division and naming relates to the discussion as it was first comprehensively documented for Germany by the archaeologist Zsolt Visy in his standard work "The Pannonian Limes in Hungary" : The list is from the north - always along the Danube - to South.
