List of the members of the PDS executive committee after the 1st party congress
Gregor Gysi was confirmed in the office of party chairman and Hans Modrow was elected honorary chairman at the 1st party conference of the SED-PDS, now renamed PDS, which took place on February 24 and 25, 1990 in Berlin. Furthermore, the top candidates for the constituencies for the Volkskammer election on March 18, 1990 were elected and the election program of the PDS was decided.
