In § 5 of the district statutes it says: The district representatives continue to use the coats of arms of the formerly independent cities and communities of Bonn, Bad Godesberg, Beuel and Duisdorf as traditional coats of arms of the city districts on special occasions. These coats of arms have no legal meaning.
