The list of churches in Potsdam summarizes the existing churches in the Brandenburg state capital in tabular form and provides information on former or predecessor structures and their location in the city.

Institutional church possibly 1913/1915 Theodor Goecke The cross-shaped central building stood on the site of the Brandenburg Provincial Institute for Epileptic Diseases , later Brandenburg State Institute, on today's Heinrich-Mann-Allee. The building was the only church in Potsdam that was built in the Art Nouveau style. From 1938 the sanatorium and nursing home was closed and the area was converted. The church was leased from 1948 to 1962 by the resurrection community, which had lost its community center on Brauhausberg in 1945 due to arson. After 1962 the church remained unused. In 1985 the dilapidated building was torn down. The organ built by Alexander Schuke in 1915 had fallen into disrepair.
