history

The first written mention of the Loutkov Fortress took place in 1316 as the property of Vladiken Otto von Loutkov. From 1383 Jeník von Mezimostí and from 1419 Jan von Lotkov belonged to the following owners. After his execution in 1421, Loutkov fell to his widow Marta von Březí. In 1431 her second husband Johann von Kralowitz became the owner of the Loutkov estate, which also included half of the town of Hořepník. Kralowitz bought the Hořepník manor with the Konipas castle and the other half of Hořepník and united both manors. At the same time he also acquired the town of Čechtice and the village of Struhařov . In the middle of the 15th century the Konipas and Čechtice fortresses fell into desolation, and the Loutkov fortress was the seat of the rule. Johann von Kralowitz was burgrave at Prague Castle in 1442 , but he often stayed on his estate.

In 1451 Jan Sádlo von Smilkov received the property from his mother, the widow of Johann von Kralowitz. After his death, property was divided among relatives and in 1465 Hořepník was attached to the Kámen Castle . In 1479 Jan von Vojslavice on Kámen also bought Loutkov. From 1523 Nikolaus von Leskovec belonged to the following owners. He had already owned Hořepník since 1520 and reunited Loutkov with Hořepník to one rule. 1534 acquired Hynek Žampach from Potštejn Hořepník and Loutkov. Between 1544 and 1548 the rule belonged to Bedřich Černčický von Kácov , who was married to Hynek's sister Žofka. Then Heinrich Kekulé von Stradonitz and his sons Wenzel and Adam owned the rule. From 1578 to 1639 the Španovský von Lisov followed, then the Račín von Račín family. At the time of Johanna Franziska Račínová von Lažan, the Loutkov manor comprised the villages of Arneštovice , Radějov and Lesná with 362 subjects in 1651 . Between 1669 and 1757 the Counts Martinic owned the estate. In 1730 a major fire destroyed the village and Loutkov Castle. The ruins of the old fortress were used to build a wine distillery. The seat of the manor was moved to the Hořepník manor.

In 1757 Count Josef Martinic sold the Loutkov-Hořepník estate to the Congregation of St. Louis of Montfort in Prague. After the Josephine reforms, it merged with the Welschen Hospital in Prague in 1777. In 1791 Wenceslaus Bechin, Knight of Lazan, acquired the rule. Further owners were from 1804 Josef Erben, from 1807 Anton Ritter von Petz, from 1813 Ignaz Löffelmann, from 1820 Anton Rombald and from 1836 Josef Pistorius. After the replacement of patrimonial Loutkov formed from 1850 a district of the town of Hořepník in the district authority Pelhřimov . In 1911 Hořepník and Loutkov merged into one.
