Ludwig Scherl
Ludwig Scherl (born December 4, 1920 in Neustadt an der Aisch ; † October 14, 1999 ) was a German local politician ( CSU ).
Life
Scherl was an engineer . From 1951 to 1953 he managed the construction of a glider as a comrade of the Straubing air sports club. At least from 1952 to 1956 he was an ornithologist , where he wrote an article about the population of storks in Lower Bavaria and Upper Palatinate, which was published in the Ornithologische Anzeiger. From 1972 to 1990 he was the Lord Mayor of Straubing .
