Marcel Pavel

Marcel Pavel (born December 4, 1959 in Independența in Galați County ) is a Romanian singer .

In 2002 Pavel won the national preliminary round for the Eurovision Song Contest together with Monica Anghel . At the contest they achieved 9th place with their ballad Tell Me Why , the best result for Romania at that time.
