Career

Mario Perazzolo began his career as a half-forward in his hometown with Calcio Padova . After five years in Serie A and B with Padua, Perazzolo moved to Fiorentina in 1933 . From 1936 to 1942 he played for the CFC Genoa , where he was mostly used as a middle or outside runner and was able to celebrate his only big success at club level in 1936/37 by winning the Coppa Italia .

In 1936 Perazzolo made his debut under Vittorio Pozzo in a 2-2 draw against Germany in the national team . In 1938 he was part of the Italian squad for the World Cup in France , who were able to successfully defend the title they had won in 1934 . Between 1942 and 1948 Perazzolo ran for Brescia Calcio , after the 1949/50 season , which he spent with US Siracusa in Serie B, he ended his playing career. He then worked as a trainer for Brescia Calcio, US Triestina , US Siracusa and Taranto Sport, among others .
