Through the "Fischberger Rezess" of 1764 the place came from the diocese of Fulda to Sachsen-Weimar-Eisenach ( Amt Kaltennordheim ). After the remaining office of Fischberg / Dermbach came to Sachsen-Weimar-Eisenach through the Congress of Vienna in 1815, the place was rejoined.
