Controversy

After the preliminary decision, however, the composer Kari Neergaard withdrew her contribution because it was too similar to the song "Summer Holiday" by Cliff Richard . Then NRK decided to send the second-placed song "Stress" to the Eurovision Song Contest 1968 in London . There Odd Børre reached the 13th place with only two points.
