Michael Baindl (born August 19, 1986 in Wolfratshausen ) is a German ice hockey player who has been under contract with Starbulls Rosenheim in the DEL2 since April 2016 .

Career

Baindl from Wolfratshausen was active at EC Bad Tölz from 2002 . After he was first used with the Young Lions in the DNL , he completed his first games in the second division team in the 2003/04 season. After the center initially shuttled between DNL, ​​the Junior Bundesliga and the senior team, the U18 national player managed to establish himself in the Tölzer professional team. At the beginning of the 2008/09 season , Baindl was signed by the Straubing Tigers from the DEL . The left-handed shooter initially received a contract until 2010, in addition he was equipped with a support license for the Tölzer Löwen for the 2008/09 season , so that he could continue to play games for the Tölzer Löwen.

At the beginning of the 2009/10 season , Baindl was exclusively in the squad of the first division team, where he usually received little ice age as a surplus striker. In order to be able to collect more match practice, he received a license from SC Riessersee from the 2nd Bundesliga for the 2009/10 season . In the following season, Baindl was given a production license for the Landshut Cannibals .

In July 2011, Baindl signed a contract with the second division Starbulls Rosenheim . Two years later he moved to the league for EC Peiting , whereupon he signed another contract in Rosenheim in April 2016.
