Michael Boris Guthörl (born January 26, 1999 in Accra ) is a German - Ghanaian soccer player who plays as a right back at SV Wehen Wiesbaden .

Career

Guthörl played three times in the 2015/16 season for the U19 team of 1. FC Saarbrücken in the A-Juniors Bundesliga .

On July 1, 2016, he moved to the reserve team of SpVgg Greuther Fürth . In the 2016/17 season he played several times for the U-19 team in the A-Juniors Bundesliga. On the 34th matchday of the Bayern Regional Football League , May 20, 2017, he played his first game for the reserve team against FV Illertissen , which was lost 1-0. In the 2017/18 season he was no longer considered in the reserve team because he became captain of the U19 team. Therefore, he was a total of 22 times in the A-Junior Bundesliga and scored three goals in this youth league , as in the previous season. In the 2018/19 season he was again included in the reserve team and played 30 games in the Regionalliga Bayern, four of them as captain.

On July 1, 2019, he moved to SV Wehen Wiesbaden on a free transfer . In the 1st round of the DFB Cup , on August 11, 2019, he came on for Nicklas Shipnoski in the 102nd minute , making his debut game in the DFB Cup for Wehen Wiesbaden. The game went into extra time after a 2-2 draw and finally to penalties after each team scored another goal in extra time. Guthörl started as a penalty taker, but his shot was saved. Wehen Wiesbaden finally lost the game with 5: 6 penalties and was eliminated from the DFB Cup. On the 6th matchday of the 2nd Bundesliga , September 13, 2019, Guthörl came on in the 85th minute for Stefan Aigner . The team lost the game against their former club Greuther Fürth 2-1.
