The Michelbach rises on the north-western edge of a narrow hay meadow in the Eichenhardt forest , about 1300 meters north-northwest of the location of Usingen - Michelbach . The brook flows into the Usa at Usingen- Wernborn , southeast of the confluence of the K 724 and the B 275 .
