The Tinholt moor silting area is a nature reserve in the Lower Saxony municipality of Hoogstede in the county of Bentheim .

The nature reserve with the registration number NSG WE 040 is 5.3  hectares in size. It is located southeast of Emlichheim and southwest of Hoogstede and places a silting heather pond with its peripheral areas under protection. Here you can find pipe grasses , birch trees and gale bushes .

The "Tinholt moor siltation area" is completely surrounded by agricultural land .

The area has been a nature reserve since March 16, 1972. It replaces the nature reserve of the same name originally placed under protection on April 17, 1953. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the county of Bentheim.
