The Höst is a nature reserve in the Lower Saxon peasantry Bimolten , City Nordhorn , in the district of Bentheim .

The nature reserve with the registration number NSG WE 038 is around 4.5  hectares in size. It is located between Nordhorn and Neuenhaus, east of the Vechte, and protects a near-natural forest that grew on a former heather area . Within the nature reserve there is a pond that was created from an oxbow lake of the Vechte. The nature reserve is almost completely surrounded by agricultural land .

The area has been a nature reserve since May 31, 1941. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the county of Bentheim.
