The album My Christmas is a Christmas album by Andrea Bocelli . It was released on November 3, 2009 on the US market. In Europe it was released on November 20, 2009.

The album, which is dedicated to Christmas, is composed of songs in several languages, but the English-speaking part predominates. Some Italian elements, such as the song Caro Bambino Gesù, are found alongside French and German-language texts, all of which appear in the song O Tannenbaum . An album version was also recorded for the Spanish-speaking market, entitled Mi Navidad , which contains the same tracks mostly in Spanish.

The album was made with the participation of several other artists, such as Katherine Jenkins , with whom Bocelli has worked before. With her he recorded the song I Believe . As a "gag", Bocelli collaborated with the puppets on the muppet show in the song Jingle Bells .

The song God Bless Us Everyone was used in the credits of the film Disney's A Christmas Story .

Sales figures

In 2009 the album was able to sell four million times worldwide. The album sold 2.2 million copies in the United States in 2009, making it the best Christmas album of the year. To date, it has sold around five million times.
