NGC 1886 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sbc in the constellation Lepus the southern sky , the estimated 71 million light-years from the Milky Way 's center.
It was discovered in 1886 by Frank Muller with a reflector with an 18.7 ″ aperture and later listed by Dreyer in the New General Catalog .
